Blessing/mitzva of מרור for whoever can't taste due to Covid19.
בשמים you can't make, cuz you have zero הנאה.
מצה ומרור, you should be fine, since you still feel the burn (Pun intended), and you have הנאה of the matah even though you don't taste.
