It depends what plane you have going to VIE if it's a 763 then it is better than Swiss biz but if it's a a320 or 738 Swiss is usually better

I am sorry, you are totally wrong.
Austrian has a 320 to israel, no business, just a empty middle seat and to new york a business seat, that does not go flat.
Swiss has on both flights a full business, that has flat beds, sure worth it

Are you sure that both their daily flights have the 320?

Swiss has the A340 on that route, if they need a extra aircraft TLV is the first to give its A340 as its the closest destination. But normally its a A340, with Austrian you for sure will have the 320. From Europe to JFK Swiss beats Austria by far

I dont fly business for the smile, but for a good seat.
Some swiss agents have attitude, on most airlines you will find that. I can deal with attitude, but i cant deal with a non flat bed

I am coming next week to israel with easyjet, so, no i dont need business, i can do without
If i fly business anyway, then my choice would be swiss over austrian. For me the hard product matters more then the service!

It's better, definitely switch if you can.

Make sure not to take the bulkhead. The legwell is more cramped and it is noisy from the galley.
