Turkish Airlines

I booked a chase rewards trip with Turkish Airlines. We are supposed to leave june 6th but I am looking to cancel\push off my trip. Chase's website is confusing as it says you can cancel, but it may cost you. Turkish seems to allow you to change for free but only through 2/31/21. Has anyone had any success changing\canceling these kind of flights?

Turkish airlines star alliance award search not recognizing LGA airport code. (for UA flight) Any advice? Tried calling Turkish US line, was disconnected from the hold queue a while into waiting period.

To report back on my own question, the call center was able to book LGA if entered segment by segment with the specific flight number.

has anyone managed to book by phone in last 24 hours a ua metal domestic flight  for a flight which is available but doesnt show online. i have hit a brick wall [and i have booked 100s of them]. it seems like a system issue ?

What is the route you are trying to book? I've been playing around with it, and it seems that all availability from EWR is blocked on all airlines. Have been able to see other routes just fine (or whatever is considered fine by TK standards)
