There's one pretty close to where I live. I once met the owner there and engaged him in conversation. He recognized my van as a regular at his station and appreciated it (and that was before I was getting $0.25 off per gallon, his prices were very competitive and location quite convenient).

I pay from Bank. For a few months there was a Chase promo where you got 0.25 off with Chase CC too, but now I'll take 0.25 off over whatever I can get from CC.

  Curios why many drivers do this, am I missing out on something?

 It's not the first time I'm seeing this where the driver puts the hose halfway in the tank halfway out of the tank.
