Where can I book a flight which could be cancelled within 24 hours of flight?

Later that day is fine, but my bil just went today and they told him to come back tomorrow for pickup.
I don't want to risk that.

We were told it would take 8-11 weeks. We applied (at the local USPS) on 10/13 and received 5 passports on 10/31. And one on 11/1.

My experience has been, no.  I brought a renewal to the Post Office when making an initial passport for my son.  they told me to mail it.

Yes you should be able to.
 Schedule a renewal appointment at the PO and you should be fine.
Either pre fill the form and picture or do it all there.

I don’t see an option to schedule an appointment for a renewal, only for new applications. Hence my question. The county clerk told me on the phone only accepting appointments for new applications. Was wondering about post office. Since when is renewing a passport so complicated?

they don't want to use up some of their limited appointments on renewals that can be done by mail
