What're they asking for under "Additional information needed"? Maybe that's why you're not able to hit submit.
See attached. It's for the loan.

Anyone knows if it's true you can get a grant of 15K if you filed 2019 tax return and had a decrease in 2020 ? If yes where do you apply?

Anyone know what this is? Saw advertised get a 15K grant if filed 2019 taxes and your 2020 tax return had a decrease  (except w2) ? I'm curious if it's something legit , Thanks

I saw an advertisement for the targeted EIDL 15k grant, for anyone self employed that had a reduction in 2020 from 2019. Anyone with info if this is legit?

There's such a grant, the qualifications might be a bit more than what you specified, and you can apply yourself by applying for an EIDL loan.

I got declined for targeted advance saying a Public non profit is not eligible.

Does anyone have more info on this?

I do not know what means public and what would be considered

Its a simple shul.

I just saw on SBA site that private non profit are eligible but public not
Do you have any clarity what will be considered a public/private non profit?
Thanks

It's possible they just made an assumption or mistake and you need to appeal and explain that it's a private non-profit.

It is likely the shul would classify as public, I believe that's what many of our orgs go under

501C3 organizations are all private. Hospitals are public, so to answer your question. All our organizations are usually501C3 types.

I keep on getting a response from the SBA that I do not qualify because I am not a US citizen. I definitely am a US citizen. I’ve sent in a copy of my passport twice but keep getting the same response. It may be on the application I by mistake wrote I’m not a US citizen. What can I do to fix this? Should I apply  again?
The day is short but the work aplenty

You'll need to file for reconsideration and wait (months) until someone gets back to you and fixes it.
You cannot apply again if you already applied- all subsequent applications will get denied as a duplicate.

afaik Shul’s do not need a 501c3 to be a non profit.

without a 501c3 letter you will not be approved by the SBA even that you are right and you do not need it if you are a shul
