SBA PPP and EIDL Small Business Loans (some money is forgivable)

I got a denial a while ago, tried to reconsider, didn't hear back for 8 weeks.
I just noticed that I got denied before even being invited to create an account, and I never got the invite to apply for the targeted advance.

I got denied as a duplicate.

was wondering if this is normal, as far as the people I asked, this didn't happen to any other denials.
I'm afraid that i'm running out of time. Should I assume it was just an error and try to apply again, or that would sure come back as duplicate?

Was this the first email you received about the loan denial? Was there an attachment?

I was denied in the past hey asked for my tax returns and form 4506-T  I sent it in.  They said it could take time until they get it back from the IRS.  Yesterday I sent them a follow up email and they replied with the denial as posted.

Did you previously apply? You can only have one application per SSN/EIN. Secondary applications will not go anywhere.

I had the above issue when applying for my wife. I never got the login setup email, nor the targeted invitation, and they don't seem like they are sending it anytime soon...

Spousal applications getting marked as duplicate does unfortunately happen- the only way to proceed is to apply for reconsideration to have the application reinstated.

There might have been an issue with your 4506t, if they don’t get it after a while and you don’t send in a new file they may
 Send a denial letter. you may need to send in a new corrected 4506t. Make sure you did not make any mistakes.

I just called in, agent was kind enough to tell me the reason of duplicate, as it "had some information similar" to another application in the system. Not spouse.

No help was offered, just confirmed that she sees my documents I sent in, but since she's not a loan officer blah blah blah, can I help you with something else?

Keep emailing the last 2 email addresses you posted. Include your application # in the subject line and attach your 2019 return and 4506-T (with a recent date in the signature line).

I got a response from the customer service email (Screenshot below) about the maximum eligibility being $500k.

They are requesting the SBA form 2202- Schedule of liabilities. 2202 must include name and date when prepared and all long-term and short-term liabilities. The completed SBA Form 2202 should be signed and dated

Do they want all my personal liabilities? Mortgage, car, credit cards etc?

I called again this week after they told me my 4506T was good and theyre back at the "its blurry" excuse after they confirmed that it was received and good to go almost 4 weeks ago. This is eminently frustrating as I am using their form which is in 8 font  and a high res scanner and its still not good for them. ?!?! I'm at a loss. Can anyone PM info for someone who is willing to help for a nominal fee.
