nurses aren't the ones who change PT's the PCTs and CNAs do and they are overwhelmed as well I'm not saying everyone is getting 5 star treatment far from it but here is one thing that can be dealt with

Anything from an unnamed source about an unnamed hospital needs to be taken with a grain (or a scoop) of salt. I found it interesting nonetheless especially in light of the fact that it is consistent with other accusations.
