I already posted that another person did not receive theirs with Chase bank.
You have an online tool. Check that and if it different that would be helpful.

Did you file 2019?
Did you request DD on 2018 refund?

A few of my clients that didn’t file 2019 but had DD on 2018 received theirs, but if no DD was on the 2018 it shows can’t determine and won’t let us input bank account information.

Did not file 2019 yet. Was entitled to refund on 2018 but went towards OIC that was completed in 2018. Also my son did not file 2018 and was not dependent in 2019 so had him fill out the DD form. He didnt get his payment yet.

Didn't file 2019. Had DD to my BoA on 2018 and got stimulus on 04/15
