When I check the IRS tool it says payment status not available. I filed for 2018 but not 2019 yet. Any ideas?

Otisville may have been closed down, but it'll reopen in time for you to spend some time there if you try...

Did you request DD on 2018 refund?

A few of my clients that didn’t file 2019 but had DD on 2018 received theirs, but if no DD was on the 2018 it shows can’t determine and won’t let us input bank account information.

I have the same situation, though they have my bank information since they pulled money (I owed, didn't get a refund).

Also getting the payment not available on IRS site.

I filed in 2018 and 2019, and got a message that my eligibility can’t be determined.

I did switch DD from 2018 to 2019.

Would be a mistake on IRS’ part for that to confuse their system to the point that “eligibility could not be determined”...

It is messed up on so many levels. Hopefully they get it figured out before they send more checks to dead people.
