If my 2018 return had one bank account for direct deposit (and that's where the first stimulus check went) but my 2019 return which was filed in October had a different bank account, which bank gets the current stimulus deposit?
If your 19 return was e-filed then I'm pretty sure they'll use the account from that return.

Mazel Tov.

On a side note. Does Alliant have a valid היתר עסקא, or is there another צד היתר?

why are you asking only regarding Alliant bank?

Well, I'll let y'all know once it hits. The good thing is that EFTs generally show up a day earlier in the bank used with the '19 return (they also process credits before debits, unlike the other bank).
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

A. Alliant isn't a bank, it's a credit union, for which the issue was raised a couple of years ago. (see: https://www.denverkollel.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/mishpatim5779creditunionsrsh-reduced.pdf)

B. Because a screenshot was posted showing Alliant Credit Union as the financial institution being used.

Not too many have 8 or 9 kids 17 and under. Though when my oldest was 17 I guess I did have 9 dependent children 17 and under.  Time flies.

Maybe not in Crown Heights. But check out Monroe, Monsey, Williamsburg, and Boro Park. There are plenty b"h. I even know of some who have 10 or 11 kids kah under 16 kah. Kudos to them.

Yes, filed 2019. Strange indeed. I'll check with my accountant to make sure he pressed the SUBMIT button for my '19 return.

Nothing for me yet - I filed 2019 pre-covid, got some stimulus first time around.

Bank is Santander so that may explain it.
