I moved in between filing 2018 and 2019 tax returns, and I checked get my payment and I am scheduled to get it by mail. Not sure why not DD, as I got it with DD before.

Same. DD in first round, and paper check this round and as you said, I had a refund in 2018 and I owed in 2019.
