The US is a net exporter and would benefit from a lower dollar (the cheaper the dollar is, the cheaper and more attractive American goods and services are - it’s like giving Netflix users outside the US a discount). We criticize China for manipulating their currency to artificially devalue it by not allowing it to be traded outside China.
It also makes living in the US more expensive so it's not always great.
And typically Form 1040 filing is opened in the beginning of February so we're a month off. Not too bad..... By that time the Biden administration will probably have added like another 3 stimulus bills. If Kamala had her way, we'd be getting 2k a month per person (a couple with 3 children would rake in 10K - assuming they had less than 100k income).

In canada is there food stamps, child care etc? What happens by taxes is there dependant deductions, eic, child tax credits? Socialist like giving the money to you outright to make you feel dependant in the US were not there yet...
