You should do what ur Rav tells you.
But think about it for a minute.
A Grocery Store is OK.
USPS is OK.
WallMart OK.
Target OK.
Shull not ok.
Maybe we shall be open with proper cleaning and distancing guidance in place where enforcement is stricter then USPS or Target.
This is utterly moronic on so many levels. Who said you should be going there? You’re completely relying on the government to tell you what you should or shouldn’t be doing now, which is dead wrong and very ironic considering you’re spouting that the government shouldn’t be overreaching (by closing Shuls).
There is plenty of room to show that to some extent all of the places you mentioned are real life-and-death physical necessities but even if not, you as a human and a Jew should NOT be going ANYWHERE you don’t absolutely need to, no matter what the government allows to be open! Shul is NOT a necessity when lives are on the line, nor are any of the chumros you think are more important than real live actual pikuach nefesh. You’re allowed to be michalel Shabbos, eat on Yom Kippur, chametz on Pesach, etc., but you managed to convince yourself that this doesn’t apply to minyan?
PLEASE USE YOUR BRAINS!
PS: Don’t start bringing rayos from people you saw at the grocery store and other places not properly social distancing. You’re right, they are reshaim too! Absolutely no bearing on the subject matter.
