You should do what ur Rav tells you.

But think about it for a minute.

A Grocery Store is OK.
USPS is OK.
WallMart OK.
Target OK.

Shull not ok.

Maybe we shall be open with proper cleaning and distancing guidance in place where enforcement is stricter then USPS or Target.
Who said all of those are ok? The rabonim have no control over those places.

Once upon a time, I had similar logic I applied to everything rabbonim said... If you want to play that game, it's a very different conversation.

That's my point, as per government own reasoning we should be open.

If government can tell us we can go to a grocery while keeping distance why cant we go to shul while doing so.

The shuls where  the attendants have an issue adhering to rules should close.

Our shuls are essential.  There are many instances where chazal told us to go to shul in time of tzara.

By government own reasoning this will end with heard immunity. If any community has it, it's ours.

I just confirmed what I knew to be true that my shteibel has been open for the Rabbi and his immediate family and his cousin and his immediate family who all live locally. I dont really have an issue with that. Except, now over yom tov there were at least 3 other people that joined the rabbi's minyan.   I also confirmed that  the other shteibel I daven in has been having daily minyanim too. I'm seriously considering not going back to these shuls after all of this is over. Dont really know what the alternatives are either.
My local Shul is also functioning with a select secret minyan and supposedly everyone keeps a distance.. I am not happy that the Ruv decided its a good idea.  If ppl want to take the risk, do whatever you want and i will do what i think is right.

False. There is no known immunity, just a theory based on other diseases. The rate of reinfection has already rendered this theory irrelevant.

If you didn't go to a grocery store in 4 weeks then kol hakovod. But did you disinfect every item that entered your home for the past 4 weeks?
Including ready made meals and food?
Even if you did, many dont, they just wont understand how this virus transfers or follow rules.

We will not be becoming asians in 4 weeks, where we can suddenly follow instructions and rules.

In Israel the the the cabinet to mandated all Shuls closed in public manana shut, but Left a clause to allow protests as that is needed to uphold democracy.
Think about it from a frum perspective sure needs to be closed but protests that is important

There are many instances where chazal told us to go to shul in time of tzara.

Name one instance where they said so when going to Shul was in itself a sakana?

It doesn't bother me so much that you're being irresponsible with other peoples lives, what bothers me is that your entire life is likely worthless. If you are going to a Minyan when God clearly wants you not to, then all the times you did go are not because God did want you to. What a waste.

Matzah got you constipated? Find me a doctor who knows what makes you immune to this virus.

Ahhh and you understand the importance much better than all these rabbonim. What do they know about the importance of minyanim?

Why do people think Government guidelines are strict enough for frum Jews?
Do you rely on the percentage of bugs that FDA allows in foodstuff?
Jews are more machmir.

This is utterly moronic on so many levels. Who said you should be going there? You’re completely relying on the government to tell you what you should or shouldn’t be doing now, which is dead wrong and very ironic considering you’re spouting that the government shouldn’t be overreaching (by closing Shuls).

There is plenty of room to show that to some extent all of the places you mentioned are real life-and-death physical necessities but even if not, you as a human and a Jew should NOT be going ANYWHERE you don’t absolutely need to, no matter what the government allows to be open! Shul is NOT a necessity when lives are on the line, nor are any of the chumros you think are more important than real live actual pikuach nefesh. You’re allowed to be michalel Shabbos, eat on Yom Kippur, chametz on Pesach, etc., but you managed to convince yourself that this doesn’t apply to minyan?

PLEASE USE YOUR BRAINS!

PS: Don’t start bringing rayos from people you saw at the grocery store and other places not properly social distancing. You’re right, they are reshaim too! Absolutely no bearing on the subject matter.
