For the record, since you apparently forgot, people calling rabbonim names have been called out numerous times, including by those who have pushed very strongly for there to be no minyanim. Those who just do whatever they want and are suddenly so frum on the other hand.......

I am curious with your opinion that porch minyanim in the US was cancelled for health reasons whereas in Israel it is being done legally EVERYWHERE and there are no issues. Why is one country different then another? the only reason I can see is Eiva. It makes no sense that people cant stand on their porches to daven for health reasons. If there was a health issue then dont go play in your yard either.

Depends where, Chasidishe don't oppose it for the most part, same as they do it in Israel. There is no unanimous consensus to oppose backyard/porch minyanim as it may sound here again and again.

When "a few people might break the rules" involves a risk of pikuach nefesh you absolutely do asser everything.
