List of things you shouldn’t forget

Last minute small cleanup prep:

Spill salt out of silver salt shaker (crumbs from Challah)
Empty out vacuum cleaner
Clean out the draw on bottom of the oven
Check pockets for crumbs


Buy/Make/Get

Corkscrew
Seder candles
Eruv Tavshilin
4 kosos that are the right shiur (size/amount)
Kos shel Eliyahu (Eliyahu’s cup)
Keara (Seder plate)
Haggadas
Matza
Wine/Grape juice

Prep before Seder

Wash lettuce
Prep horseradish?
Boil eggs
Roast chicken leg + egg
Make/buy charoses
Cook veg for karpas (potato/parsley)
Salt water

Seder plate
Maror
Karpas
Zroah
Charoses
Chazeret
Beitza

Charoses kugel.  Donno how its made,  i just know its made ;)

Update:
Per two pound container,
2 eggs
Half cup potato starch
Half cup almond flour

Bake 1.5 hours on 350

Well we love eating it.  My mother made 2 lbs for everyone.  We don't use that much by the seder but she know we like to eat afterwards.

The R Shayale's Kitchen subsidized catering package gave everyone 2 lb of charoses, according to menu.


Some people laid more bricks than others.

Our Charoses this year was so good, the alcohol kick only made it better :P
