Zinc was always something I got if I was feeling a cold coming. Red meat is high in zinc.
But these days I don't eat a lot of red meat, I also don't eat dairy. I figured it wouldn't hurt to take a pill daily. I just have to make sure to do it after I eat or it makes me nauseous.
In general I tried to get these vitamins naturally. It accomplishes 2 things;
A) you eat healthier, for eating an orange or grapefruit for the vitamin c You are also getting all the nutrients and benefits from those fruits. Same for nuts and grains etc
B) hey you got the vitamins and you are eating healthy.
Who wants to get sick during of pandemic anyways with any thing ?
And then hopefully these healthy have its carry over to when it's over
