70% had interaction with the virus doesn't mean 70% have antibodies (based on current available tests). To use a small sample of my household - 100% had an interaction (mostly with at least some symptoms, as mild as they might have been) with the virus while only 2 people tested positive for antibodies (out of 5 adults tested - none of the children under 18 were tested).
It says 60% of those tested (presumably nearly all tested had shown symptoms) did NOT have antibodies, so if they are all from the 70% with symptoms, that translates into ~40% having antibodies. That doesn’t contradict what the Hatzalah member said, and it’s possible some people have some natural immunity which is even more powerful than the antibodies.

www.gedaliahsociety.org/ writes this blog and they seem to have some interesting information. They claim
"These observations lead us to think that a large portion of our community (~70%) has had a meaningful interaction with the virus. Of course, this means there is a sizable minority who remain vulnerable to the disease."
H's claim of "LKWD estimate 80-90% of frum population had or was extremely exposed to covid." does not seem overly exaggerated.
I don’t think anyone said the claim was impossible, only that it’s a wild number to throw out from purely anecdotal evidence of a limited sample size. Halevai 100% are immune!
