I'm dealing with the Staples 2/10 issue as well. 4 purchases-- 2/3, 2/6, and 2 on 2/7 all with this issue. I did the chat thing for my account and the rep opened a dispute for me. They said it can take a few weeks. Wondering if I have to do he same thing to each of my parents' accounts.

My Staples charge also posted 2/10, several days after the gift card was emailed.

I ordered 1 Staples gift card on Jan 29th
and got the credit on Feb 4th
I ordered another Staples gift card on Feb 6th
and did not receive the credit yet

I only have AT&T land line service and I never took advantage of my amex offer. (I tried once paying over the phone and it didn't trigger the credit)
Can someone please tell me how to do it?

For the cellphone deal, I have it on 2 cards and my bill is more than $150. Should I make the 2 payments on the 2 cards or can I make 2 payments in a row on the same card?
