When reporting a new offer please post here http://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=49544.0

To take advantage of an Amex offer, first save the offer to your card, then do the spending. There are a few ways to save offers to your card; http://www.amexoffers.com/ has links to most of them. Depending on the offer and depending on your Amex card, it may be available via none, one or more than one of these methods:

americanexpress.com web site
Log into the americanexpress.com web site. If you get the new version of the site, scroll down to Amex Offers & Benefits at the bottom of the page. If you get the old version, click the Amex Offers For You tab. You can also see on this web site which offers you already saved (even if you saved them via a method other than this web site) and which offers you already redeemed. This method is only available for Amex credit and charge cards issued by American Express.
The maximum number of offer that the site will show you is 100. If you already have 100 available offers, there may be other offers that they are prepared to show you, but are not showing you because you already have the maximum. To see additional offers, save one or more of your available offers and then refresh the list (F5 in most Windows browsers).

Saving an offer on AmericanExpress.com to one of your cards will automatically make it unavailable for the rest of your cards linked to the same login. The way to get around this is by opening all of your cards in separate tabs and then saving the offer in each.  **

**Sign into different tabs?!?
Sign onto your Amex account. card #1 is on the page.  scroll to offers. note a good one.
Open  tab 2: amex.com (or with Chrome, right click on the first tab and choose Duplicate) > you are already logged in.> go to my accounts > click on card #2  on the top of the page. scroll to offers. check for same good offer.
Open tab #3. repeat as for tab #2. Repeat as necessary.
THEN: on tab #1 - click 'save' .  Then on tab #2 click 'save' . Then on each tab.
If you so desire: check on each card's 'saved offers' to check that it's there.

This link should take you to the Amex old layout,
which is much easier to scroll down through all the offers.

Amex® Mobile app
This method is only available for Amex credit and charge cards issued by American Express. The login is the same as for the americanexpress.com web site.

Dedicated web site for enrollment
Some Amex offers, most notably Small Business Saturday, but also NYC Restaurant Week, Home Depot, Amazon and DirecTV, offer a dedicated web site where you could enter your card information to enroll.

For Bluebird/Serve cards
Amex offers can be saved via the bluebird.com web site. Go to Plan & Manage > Amex Offers. Amex offers can also be saved via the Bluebird mobile app.

For cards not issued by American Express (such as Amex cards issued by Citi, USAA, PenFed, Bank of America, etc.)
Add offers to your card at this site: https://www.americanexpress.com/us/network/shopping.html
You will be prompted for your name, card number and email address.

Bump
Find someone who needs to buy a ticket and ask them to book it on your card.

For those who purchased Samsclub gift cards with this offer, did you have any issues with activation? I found the email that came when the card was shipped and clicked on the activation link, but the card still isn't activated when I check balance online and via phone. Do I just need to wait?

Half hour, IIRC. I recall that it displays the wait time right there on the page you see upon clicking the link in the email.

When I clicked, it said "activating" only but I don't remember seeing a time

Did anyone ever confirm if the $45 Sams Club membership could be used as a gift card?

Am I reading this correctly? SC sends a Samsclub membership card when we pay the $45 membership fee, and we can take that membership card and use it at WM as a gift card for $45 value?

Yes. But you pay tax on the $45 card. So you are not getting you full money back vs you pay $50 but you get your full value

Well, it's been over an hour and still not activated. So bottom line is I have to wait?

I tried clicking the activation link again and it says: "Gift Card has already been sent for activation"
Nothing about time I need to wait, though I can't imagine this taking very long

I sent mine to FL where they do not collect tax. I will check the balances soon

Looks like no tax in SC on the membership cards.  Can you only use them in store as a GC?  Or can I use it online as well?  Anyone know?

http://www.nycgo.com/restaurant-week?ET_CID=email_srw15_reservations_open_071315&ET_RID=7246304

NYC restaurant week 5\25

Does anyone know if any kosher restaurants are participating?
Edit
Or if any of the nonkosher restaurants has a separate bar that would qualify?
Some cards are targeted so you can click Save Offer in your list of offers. If your card is not targeted, just use the link to enroll. https://offerenroll.americanexpress.com/enroll/EnrollmentSitePage?offer=NYCRestaurantWeekSummer2015
"Each time you use the same enrolled Card to spend a total of at least $25 at a participating restaurant during the NYC Restaurant Week campaign, 7/20/15 - 8/14/15, you will receive a $5 statement credit up to 4 times. You may enroll more than one Card for this offer, but only those Cards you enroll individually will be eligible for the offer. For a list of participating restaurants, visit nycgo.com/eatup."

These look like they're kosher:
http://www.nycgo.com/venues/taam-tov1
http://www.nycgo.com/venues/prime-grill
http://www.nycgo.com/venues/olympic-pita
http://www.nycgo.com/venues/eden-wok
http://www.nycgo.com/venues/abigaels-on-broadway
http://www.nycgo.com/venues/talias-steakhouse
They do not come up when you use the tool at the bottom of the page (the one that lets you choose from grid view, list view, map view, or check dates/times), but they do come up if you type kosher in the search box at the very top right of the page. The format of the URL (http://www.nycgo.com/venues/<restaurant_name>) is the same as for the restaurants that are in the list at the bottom. I wonder if these are considered to be participating.

Negative.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Did anyone ever confirm if the $45 Sams Club membership could be used as a gift card?
The wait was worth it! Sorry I got busy on Friday and totally forgot to post.. But yes, I can confirm that the gift of membership card is indeed a gift card with a pin and everything.... It is used exactly as a gift card in both walmart stores and sams club. Activation is also easier I just clicked activate on the email they sent, and 10 min later the card was up and running... One word of caution: when ordering in several states there will be tax for the membership (I did one to a tax free state, and one to a tax state). The only way to avoid that tax is to physically ship to a state that doesen't charge tax (Ohio, Florida, etc..). If your card does get the extra tax charge your gift card will NOT reflect that. It's a royal pain to get them to add it at the store. I did, but not worth the effort.

In store and online at Walmart and at Sam's Club.
Folks, the Sam's Club offer is discussed here: http://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=51940

Yes, major issues, for over a month now. I ordered 4 $50 GCs and all 4 arrived and couldn't be activated. Then a week later I got an email (for 2 of them) saying that they messed up and I should click on a link to activate them, and that worked. But the first 2 GCs, I've tried everything and it doesn't work. They said to go to the local Walmart store and ask customer service and I spent an hour with them and they have no clue how to activate the GCs.

Any ideas on how to wisely get over the $100 mark for the $20 off of $100 at paul fredrick using the introductory offer? There is a limit of 4 shirts and not interested in wasting it on overnight shipping or a tie (which tax free wont get it over anyways)
