When reporting a new offer please post here http://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=49544.0

To take advantage of an Amex offer, first save the offer to your card, then do the spending. There are a few ways to save offers to your card; http://www.amexoffers.com/ has links to most of them. Depending on the offer and depending on your Amex card, it may be available via none, one or more than one of these methods:

americanexpress.com web site
Log into the americanexpress.com web site. If you get the new version of the site, scroll down to Amex Offers & Benefits at the bottom of the page. If you get the old version, click the Amex Offers For You tab. You can also see on this web site which offers you already saved (even if you saved them via a method other than this web site) and which offers you already redeemed. This method is only available for Amex credit and charge cards issued by American Express.
The maximum number of offer that the site will show you is 100. If you already have 100 available offers, there may be other offers that they are prepared to show you, but are not showing you because you already have the maximum. To see additional offers, save one or more of your available offers and then refresh the list (F5 in most Windows browsers).

Saving an offer on AmericanExpress.com to one of your cards will automatically make it unavailable for the rest of your cards linked to the same login. The way to get around this is by opening all of your cards in separate tabs and then saving the offer in each.  **

**Sign into different tabs?!?
Sign onto your Amex account. card #1 is on the page.  scroll to offers. note a good one.
Open  tab 2: amex.com (or with Chrome, right click on the first tab and choose Duplicate) > you are already logged in.> go to my accounts > click on card #2  on the top of the page. scroll to offers. check for same good offer.
Open tab #3. repeat as for tab #2. Repeat as necessary.
THEN: on tab #1 - click 'save' .  Then on tab #2 click 'save' . Then on each tab.
If you so desire: check on each card's 'saved offers' to check that it's there.

This link should take you to the Amex old layout,
which is much easier to scroll down through all the offers.

Amex® Mobile app
This method is only available for Amex credit and charge cards issued by American Express. The login is the same as for the americanexpress.com web site.

Dedicated web site for enrollment
Some Amex offers, most notably Small Business Saturday, but also NYC Restaurant Week, Home Depot, Amazon and DirecTV, offer a dedicated web site where you could enter your card information to enroll.

For Bluebird/Serve cards
Amex offers can be saved via the bluebird.com web site. Go to Plan & Manage > Amex Offers. Amex offers can also be saved via the Bluebird mobile app.

For cards not issued by American Express (such as Amex cards issued by Citi, USAA, PenFed, Bank of America, etc.)
Add offers to your card at this site: https://www.americanexpress.com/us/network/shopping.html
You will be prompted for your name, card number and email address.

You can buy egift cards. After you have your first $35 egift card, buy a $70 card and split the payment between your Amex and your first egift card. Keep on adding $35 this way. I think the maximum value you could buy is $200, so when your first egift card has $175 on it, buy another for $35, starting the process over.
Walmart is notorious for canceling orders online for "security reasons". Take it slow or they may cancel all the orders. I've had this with them more than once.

When I did this during a previous Amex offer, they cancelled a couple of orders. I learned to slow down (while Walmart learned my buying patterns and stopped cancelling my orders). Too bad I don't have the offer on any cards this time.

Is it just me - Walmart doesn't have a $35 option for egift card.  only $30 or $40.  You could theoretically buy a $30 and $5, but not sure if that is what you mean for the above..

Has anyone else had trouble registering for the Dunkin offer via twitter? I got no response initially, then when i tried it again (with different text in the tweet) it said I was already enrolled. I spoke to AMEX and for one of the cards it didn't work on, they are giving me a $5 credit for my trouble, but were unable to manually add the offer to my account.

Any idea what this guy is talking about?
http://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost.php?p=80093601&postcount=140

The ones I've seen are much longer and end with two equal signs (==). It's in the tag called "data-offer-id" that you can view by right clicking the "Add offer" button and choosing "Inspect element"

I could not see any obvious pattern when I looked at data-offer-id tags for the same exact offer on two different Amex logins. Is there a way to decode this and then use it, perhaps as a ContentSrcID like the direct links that were posted earlier for SBS?

I had this happen too when I was trying to consolidate my Sam's Club gift cards. So I sent them an email and they responded right away about the security issues. They told me to try again in 30 minutes. I waited and then carried on doing the exact same transactions and not a single one failed the rest of the day.

As in the past hour? Think I saw it on one of my cards at 1 am. Now it's not there, I was half asleep so I could definitely be mistaken

Never mind, just found it on a different card. Must've been half asleep before.

That is probably the single recorded episode in history of Wal-Mart having decent customer service
