Usually when they exclude gift cards from the offers, it's because when you check out, you are going through CashStar or some other third party site. In this case, it appears that gift card purchases are completed on the same site so perhaps they would still give the credit. Would you like to try and let us know the results?

I tried a few quotes, it seems they are expensive.
