With the recent relaxation of quarantine restrictions...

Personally I hope this is a good thing. The way I see things, excessive/unnecessary international travel is what’s going to turn a localized hotspot/second-wave into an international problem.

(With out G-d's help to prevent it) Isn't a second wave inevitable, it just a matter of when?

I think there is going to be signifcant international travel between clean countries by the end of June/mid July. One of the largest impediments is that nobody wants to put the USA on a blacklist.

How do we define a  second wave?
Is it a spike in new cases which is obviously inevitable or are we referring to a massive new outbreak like NYC where we are concerned about overwhelming the Health System?

I doubt other presidents would take it personally. But he believes that we are in awesome shape at containing this virus and therefore any insinuation otherwise he will take as a personal jab.

So they cut off the entire world specifically to blacklist the USA because they did not fear Trump?

Cash was about $400m. And it was Iranian money, not our money. And for good cause, it slowed down their nuclear program. Just look at the satellite program under our new fear demanding president.
