Many building supplies are on BO. My neighbor had to delay a couple of roofing jobs since the shingles are on BO.
So far no issue pouring cement. Man is he busy.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Yup. Looks like NYC also has extra concrete. They've been replacing the concrete and curbs on all street corners in my neighborhood recently, regardless of whether they needed replacement or not.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

we're building a 16*32  deck with a sukka pergola this week and originally wanted to go with pressure treated lumber for significant savings but may go with resin at this point.... Then I gotta deal with the awning... Any suggestions? Located in MA
