Got Shipt groceries from Target, tipped more than usual. Delivery people don't get paid much to begin with, and now they have to weigh the added risks vs low rewards. I'd like to encourage them to continue to allow me to keep my family as safe as possible.

I sure hope they are getting it. I had them leave the order at the door.
Next time I will just put in an envelope for them. Thanks for reminding me. Can't trust companies. I know DD drivers didn't get it. That they said has been changed.

Envelope at the door is definitely the way to go if you're looking to maximize what they get. There are complicated formulas with these apps and tipping.

I always tipped DD in cash.
Some day we will have to compare how many DD credits we earned.

It says clearly on Uber eats that 100% of the tip goes to the driver. You can see it on the information icon near the tip for driver. Obviously it can be minus the processing fees but that’s standard.

My cleaning lady finally came back to work after missing  month.  She'd been sick and so had I, so I decided is was safe enough to have her.
