Favorable car negotiations during Covid-19?

Can Covid-19 be used as an opportunity to negotiate better rates and terms to buy out a lease, or are the banks rigid about this?

Since many dealerships are closed, wouldn’t the banks be getting somewhat desperate for extra cash flow?
