Amazon response to Covid-19

Since amazon started extended shipping times & restricting sellers from sending certain goods in, I’ve been wondering are we going to get compensated for our prime membership as we aren’t getting what we paid for & as a seller what compensation am I getting that my items are taking much longer to ship out… (I’m not complaining or whining just wondering what ppl think as there are many who have been affected - some for good & some the opposite unfortunately)

He brings out some points here & I’ve been waiting to hear from others…

Just chatted about this, they gave me 20% refund on my prime membership.

Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Well i dont know what the fine print says, but if they cant provide the primary Prime benefit of 2-day (or 1-day) shipping i think a partial refund should be issued. Or an extension of membership

Why can’t you just stop being a Prime member? I believe it is pro-rated so you wouldn’t be losing anything, except the benefits of Prime. Why do they owe you money back?

What are you trying to say?
They are pitching amazon prime as "free two day shipping on eligible items", they don't promise which / how many items will be eligible. Which kind of lets them do whatever they want.

To me the main thing is 2 day shipping. Easy to get free extended shipping without prime...
