Wow, my membership renews next week, so I just chatted with them and politely said that I understand the past few months have been really hard for them, but almost every one of my orders (and I make a lot) has been cancelled or delayed, and not one has arrived in 2 days, and I don't feel that I got my money's worth this past year.
I asked for a partial refund or else a credit toward next year's bill, and she came back with a 50% refund for last year! Hope this DP helps some others.
