How do all organization/companies blast emails?

They use companies that have their own servers, but then you get charged per email. If you want to send multiple emails per day, & long term, it's definitely worth investing in your own server

Based on what you’ve said he should have a server set up since I believe it’s sent to more then 2k addresses so why not utilize it now to send to sms users.

It's a wordpress plugin I believe. I'm sure there are others that work more often, I posted a link to one last night.

Someone with a wordpress blog can try mailpoet and see if it's instant. If that works, email subscribers can set up a gmail rule to forward the emails to their cell #.

Hi everyone 
For “kosher” smartphone users: I don’t want to encourage anyone to download the Twitter app, but here’s an idea I had:
Sign up for another account and download the app. Follow whatever accounts you’d like to receive notifications from and allow push notifications. Then have someone else change the password (or do half the password and your spouse half) so you can’t access the actual app but you’ll continue to receive the notifications.
Anyone see a flaw with that plan?

Update: This didn't work for me (yet) because content restrictions must be off on iPhone to have Twitter app. My browser is blocked so I can't allow all content restrictions. I'm still trying to figure something out.
Did anyone else try it?
