Seems cost prohibitive.

I'd guess 20,000 SMS subscribers and 400 posts per month=8MM texts/month

Ifttt can do this without a script (rss) but it's limited per month as mentioned upthread. Zapier integrates with a number of texting services but I'm assuming at this volume they will all be very expensive (anyone want to check through them?)

Lots of reading but this would help me get the tweets from Twitter?
