To circumvent this once in a lifetime, I tend to reApply to the program, with a slight spelling mistake in the last name (not in the first letter), little mistake in the date of birth (mistakes are human), and a different address in the profile....

if i get this us air ticket today, does anyone know if i will be silver by this coming sunday for a us air flight?! I know this is late, but just trying to help out a relative.. also if return is united, he needs to status match or does the star alliance give the bennifates?
