Easing and reopenings of COVID-19 lockdown around the world and in the US

Different places around the world which have been through harsher or more mild lockdown at different stages are beginning to reopen.

There's talk of reopening in the US. Even NY is talking about (partial) reopening, but it seems like NYC won't come with the first wave.

Let's post here various reopening stages seen around the world.

After the first wave of easing in Israel that went into effect on Sunday, allowing certain stores to open subject to crowd control, along with some other easing.

The talk now is that pre-school through 3rd grade will be reopening next week (though format isn't yet clear).

It’s as close to utopia as you can get for a left wing politician. Total nanny state racking up debt like there’s no tomorrow asking for massive federal bail outs and handouts so they can afford the massive social safety net and pensions. What could be better? Why end it and be forced to trust the people when the State can take care of everyone ?

I've been saying for weeks that they need to come up with some kind of system whereby people can get a wristband that will clear them to get out of lockdown and integrate freely in business and society. The group testing is the ingenious part here. I think in Brooklyn one can test entire city blocks and get them cleared. Doing this will clear a lot of the Jewish communities first.

The governor of NY and NJ both keep saying we are going to need much more testing in order to open up yet they offer no plan how they plan on doing that. Who do they want to test, what are they going to do with that information, what kind of testing, where are they getting the tests etc...

 They basically have offered no plan or any details how they plan on reopening. They seem rather clueless right now what to do. (NJ worse than NY)
