Been there a lot and well documented in Jewish literature. Was a dangerous thing to engage with, but many of our sages where forced to by the ones in power, and often ended up in the Auto-da-fé for forcibly speaking their minds.
There were numerous debates over the centuries. I have searched in the past for records of them but only found among Jewish sources.

Well, that would depend on how you define evolve now, wouldn't it?
First find a new topic (like internet) that Judaism agrees upon internally, then we can talk about debating other religions. Haven't you learned anything hanging around here about our monolithicity?
The two religions have many things in common. It would be about things they don't have in common. The one listed from the stone age was about the Messiah.
