You are right, its not NY's but many ppl in NYCity, will edit. While NYC is in NY, I can be more specific. Also, I mentioned thousands and not a general term of all.

No need for any edit. In CA they are closing the beaches because of large crowds. If they could identify a certain group as the problem you can be sure they would blame them. Any group that sticks out is going to be a target for blame. Christians (not Catholics) were being blamed for having mass.

That's why I originally wrote "thousands of NY'rs standing together" I did not write all NY's, being specific about NY City doesn't hurt.

My son (11 years) was out (with a mask) was chased down a road by NYPD.
He saw 2 bucharim being arrested
others out of fear ran into a sforim store, the police tried getting to but the owner refused to open the door
