This might be crazier than his jewish community tweet. And Gov Smith had the same sentiments.
They池e straight up saying these are the order of priorities:
1. protesting peacefully in a crowd
2. covid safety
3. earning a living/religious rights in a crowd

Protesting and being religious are both 1A. Both (or neither) should trump covid b/c of importance.
