Unable to receive timely Dan'sDeals alerts from twitter

No matter that all my settings are correct, I'm not getting timely alerts for new posts from Dan'sDeals on Twitter!  By the time I get them and immediately click on the item that I wnt to purchase, the offer is dead and I see that it was originally posted 15-20 min. ago. or more. Can anyone recommend other things to try?  Thank you!

Thank you very much---I did option #1!  I did options 2 and 3 several times prev.but they didn't work for me (although it's poss. I didn't do it correctly...).

Unfor., I never really know if I'm setting my notifications for anyth. correctly because results are always inconsistent. With Twitter, all alerts for Dan's Deals were very delayed no matter what I did to try to fix the problem.  I havn't been getting SMS alerts at all for a very very long time.
Then yest. I downloaded Telegram app., followed Dan's directions, got one notification early on and never received another!

Just checked Telegram app again and reconfigured everyth. I think (hope) I fixed the problem (maybe).  Will update later.
