My issue is i used my expiring giftcard.
i hope it automatically reissued it under same pin

or else i have a fight since it's expiring in 7 days.

I spoke to a dell cs agent and she said that only some stands were shipped but no monitors made it to shipping. She offered 10-15% off on any upcoming order with a maximum discount of the price mistake order. This works out pretty well given I have to purchase a new laptop anyways.

Any tips.

Edit: 50 min... They sent a return label and offered 10% off next order.
What a pain.
Will steer far away in the future.

I just got an email from Dell today about this order saying:

Customer Care - Returns Status - Order Collected

This email confirms one or more packages related to the following tracking number(s) have shipped and are in transit

* 469-5xxx (Dell 22 Dual Monitor Bundle - P2213 with MDS14)

We will send you a final notice of delivery when your package(s) arrive at Dell.

Below, you can see the process steps.

Its so strange, as I sent this back in 2016.

Whats even more strange is when I found the Return Confirmation email from 2016 and click on the UPS tracking number that they confirmed they received the item back at dell, it shows that the return shipment was generated today and is in transit???
