In late April 2020 we discovered an issue with mailings that may have affected you. A letter containing your personally identifiable information may have been inadvertently included in an envelope addressed to another person. Out of an abundance of caution and concern for the integrity of your personal and confidential information, this e-mail is to advise you of the issue and to inform you that the New York State Department of Labor will be providing you with free credit monitoring for one year. Early next week you will receive a letter from the Department of Labor with information on how to sign up for the free credit monitoring service.
