How will the Onboard Flying Experience Look Post Covid-19
« on: May 02, 2020, 07:58:03 PM »
Interesting to see what airlines are doing and how this will impact travel....
Masks....
Seems like we are going from crowded planes to more space.
Wonder how long these changes will stay in effect for.

Sounds like a plan.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

I just got back from flying to the west coast.
Flight heading to west coast was surprisingly full but airline did keep all middle seats empty for 'social distancing'.
Plane had two rows of three, so middle seat was kept empty unless it was family flying together who booked the seats together.
The flight back was the same deal empty middle seats and flight was much emptier.

So that was about 22 inches of social distancing?  :)

6 feet in houses of worship, 3 feet in public parks, 22 inches on airplanes.

Cue the hamster.

Air Canada started to give this out to all passengers:
Inside: water, gloves, face mask, disinfect wipes, sanitizer gel.

Has anyone flown domestically recently?
Do you still need to wear masks?
Do airlines  not serve drinks and snacks?
Do they take your temperature?

Thanx
Do they officially claim to sanitize the plane before each flight?
