Again, for a men's mikvah it's much less of an issue, if any, but some people would rather have a mikvah that is kosher for keilim.

Yes they have the option putting it into the ground. The stainless steel part is not a problem. I had one of the biggest מומחים and he said that it would be kosher for כלים.

I'm sure בור על גבי בור will be an option. however, most מקוואות especially in Israel never had בור על גבי בור.

AFAIK, it does. R Zalman Gurary allowed others to use his mikvah at home due to צוואת ר׳ יהודה החסיד.

There is no evidence that the virus that causes COVID-19 can be spread to people through the water in pools, hot tubs, spas, or water play areas. Proper operation and maintenance (including disinfection with chlorine and bromine) of these facilities should inactivate the virus in the water.

I can think of a very long list of mediums for virus transmission in a men's mikva other than the mikva water itself. This is wart of why women's mikvaos were not the same issue.

$10 covers disinfection? If someone R”L leaves a virus behind its unlikely they’re going to disinfect that with that degree of cleaning. They probably intend to Lysol down some surfaces, and if someone is doing that all day for a few bucks an hour, it’s probably not getting done too thoroughly.

To what extent is the Mikvah area more dangerous/contagious than other environments we are in? And we get to dip in heavily chlorinated water (hopefully properly heated) where the virus can't survive.

Make anyone using sign a waiver that they are aware and accept the risks.

I'm guessing it is. The people that run this place wouldn't risk anything illegal. As a matter of fact, I'm not sure where there was any order to shut down mikvaos. This might have been special guidance by doctors/rabbonim in Crown Heights.
