According to my pediatrician most of the Kawasaki reports are due to neglected symptoms. Many doctors did only telehealth appointments, and assumed everything was Covid and just told patients to stay home. She is seeing patients with Kawasaki symptoms but claims if you catch it timely its very treatable and not dangerous.
On the flip side, due to children playing outside with each others there is a huge uptick in kids with stomachaches, throat pain and no strept. So I guess we do still need to social distance.

Thinking of myself and some others who posted in the plasma thread, antibodies for some don't seem to develop til about 5 weeks after symptoms abate. Possible that these children are still within 4 weeks of symptoms?

45% showing up negative on both the Covid19 and antibodies test seems a bit high to me.

There is a possibility that these symptoms are as a result of a vitamin D deficiency instead of Covid related. That would mean inner city kids would have a higher % of these (and yes, The Bronx does have the highest # of reported cases).
