It's been forever since I have identified new species on my property. I got two new ones today:

36. White-crowned Sparrow, i think, need to see again to be sure. Definitely had the two stark white stripes on its head.

37. Black-and-white Warbler

Figured with all the talk about attracting birds there would also be some knowledge about repelling birds.
My mail box has been attracting birds for the past few weeks and is now full of bird poop. Any ideas of what can be done so they stop hanging out there?
