Got an email that I qualify for a $200 appreciation statement credit on my Biz Plat within 8-12 weeks of when my card renews...I also just got a $100 retention credit. Check your emails

My BP AF hit in March 24th and there was no mention of a credit in the email...

I just called and the agent was not helpful so I asked for a supervisor and the supervisor was able to manually apply $200 on my BP and and $50 for my Marriott business card (AF hit in April on Marriott)
