What are some home improvements that needed to be done but you only did them because you are home (and/or bored)?

I had a toilet paper holder that was loose and kept falling off, finally took it off and reinstalled it properly.

fixed my front steps, change my "smart" switch that turned on and shut off whenever it decided.

Fixed intercom. Installed internet cable.

Bought some baskets to organize closets.
Set up a home office.

Oil change and filters for all the cars. Will now start on brakes and then bring them in for the recalls.

1) Toilet paper holder was loose/fell off.

2) lots of planting/reseeding in the backyard.

3) window-shades that needed fixing.

4) Helped put up a pool gate.

5) Helped fixing broken garden lights.

The list is much longer. Still have more to do as well!

Put on a new shower head that's been sitting next to the shower for 3 months

Didn't do enough.
Sorted some old paperwork - consolidated and shredded.
Installed a shelf to organize some storage, but didn't go back to organize the storage.
