Major COVID-19 change is just having the kids popping in all day.
No home office setup is complete without noise cancelling headphones.

Gonna need a new desk for 3 of those!
You would only need one of those monitors for your browser and the rest can be on regular monitors.

I beat you on the tabs-I have 448 (!) open. How do I manage so many? They are open in Firefox using the Simple Tab Groups add-on. Even with all those tabs it is only using 2,000 MB RAM. Besides the other reasons I prefer FF over Chrome I would use FF for this add-on alone.

One you get past 100 tabs Firefox is superior in speed and the likes. But only using 2gb for 488 is interesting, also means that they reopened and didn't fully open or just not using heavy tabs. Just basic data and no auto reload.

My office setup is:

-Herman Miller‎ Embody Chair. (A true lifesaver! Don't buy these online, go to a local distributor to save a fortune)
-Amish built-in desk
-Dell XPS i9 9900K with 64GB RAM (Lots of tabs!)
-3 HP 27" FHD monitors. (Maybe upgrade these to higher res with Dell credits, any recommendations?)
-Logitech MX Keys Advanced Wireless Illuminated Keyboard (Great keyboard!)
-Logitech MX Palm Rest (Fantastic for your wrists)
-Logitech MX3 (Best mouse by leaps and bounds)
-Fellowes PlushTouch Mouse Pad and Wrist Rest (Fantastic for your wrists)
-Bose QC35 (Essential for quarantine).
-Tripp Lite Surge Protector
-Samsung Note10+, wireless fast charger, and 45W ultra-fast charger.
-Hydroflask 40 ounce with straw cap to stay hydrated.

What's yours?
I've found the arms of Herman Miller‎ chairs to be too short - either the front or the back of the arm would dig into my arm. (Adjusting the arms forward or back doesn't help since the actual length is too short.)

It is totally due to Simple Tab Groups using the option to discard tabs after hide. Without that I would be at around 6gb. around 100 of the tabs are part of the group I have open.

MX2S mouse
Logitech MK550 keyboard-Love it!
That combo has the same keyboard as this:
Keyboard/Mouse - Work: Logitech K350
I bought it (together with the vertical style mouse in my earlier post) because of wrist pain - yes, I had palm/wrist rests and it didn't help my issue - and haven't look back ever since. Definitely missing them while WAH these days.
What are the advantages of the MX Keys?
That one has backlit keys, can connect to multiple devices (bluetooth), rechargeable batteries, wider compatibility, etc. Overall, definitely higher end, as you can see from the price. Personally though, for my application I much prefer the ergonomic advantages and additional dedicated hotkeys of the K350.

You tried Embody? I don't care for Aeron.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes that is the same keyboard. I think I got the combo for much less than the keyboard alone :)

The wave shape of it is amazing together with the hotkeys and settings.

I have not changed the batteries in over 2 years of heavy use so the rechargable batteries don't mean much to me, but maybe if it was backlit that would change, but I have no use for that.

I paid $25 for it just under 2 years ago. I don't think it was any sort of special sale, I just think prices for logitech stuff have been at least retail price lately.

I have not - used to have the Aeron. The arms looked similar judging from the pix, are they not?

My dining room table and dining room chair.

When my wife is meeting a client, I need to use my bed.

My apartment is not cut out to be an office.
Jury Duty: Nothing to do there but chill and write a TR. Kinda like the beach but missing the view and ocean breeze.
