Meh.

It's all heavily regulated, they need to pay out a minimum of 85% of all premiums as claims, if they don'tthey need to refund the difference. If they don't give back now they'll need to refund at the end of the year.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Did you ever receive a credit from your carrier before? I actually reached out to mine a few months back asking them if I'll see one and they basically told me that I don't understand how these credits work (how is that ever an explanation for anything?) and not to expect anything...

I'm on a company plan, we have gotten money back from UHC

I actually  received a check from my insurance for a few hundred dollars appx 2 years ago and It wasn't the only time.

Looks like the reason I never received one is because my plan is administered via a PEO.
They just responded that "The rebates are given to XXXXX for the cost of administering the plan."
Anyone with PEO experience know if I can contest this?
