FYI it defaults to standard definition and you can enable high definition in settings. Something to do with COVID and not overwhelming the global internet capacity (same for YouTube, Nest, etc).

What's the max definition on zoom? Also seems pretty blurry

On a desktop ,yes it's blurry. But when using a mobile phone so much clearer I must say.

On YouTube it's usually set to auto.
