Are you now saying he broke into the house? It was a construction site and he went into it. No where on any of the videos does in show him breaking in, it shows the exact opposite. You make some good points but this is grasping at straws.Do I believe they set out to kill him, of course not. I believe the actions they took were because he was black. I am going to assume you wrote something wrong here. Without the citizens arrest they have no defense.
I was saying, these ppl thought this tresspaser might have a connection to recent breakins.
You're entitled to your opinion, my opinion is, they didn't recognize the guy as from the neighborhood and saw neighbors finding his entrance suspicious and gave chase. In the heat of the moment when ppl are saying stop a guy for whatever, no one thinks oh, this guy said to chase this dude only because he is black. Was the orginal heightened suspicion only because he was black? maybe yes and maybe no.
When there are multiple reported breakins and someone is trespassing on a property ppl tend to make a correlation.
Trying to stop someone on the street is not illegal. They can try stoping him without force, and they did so and Arbur started a fight which caused them to defend themselves. I am not defending thier actions but I dont find it sensible to say he was killed because he went on a peaceful jog, like his family claimed, it just didn't happen that way.
I'm not against charging them thru GJ proceeding, which they were persuing [after video surfaced] but for prosecutors to just charge when media decided to insert racial bias claims, is ludicrous.
