Looks like the SC may overturn the entire ban on Israelis arriving which would play into Bibbi’s political ploy of blaming the court.

Foreign medical records (PCR, vaccination, etc.) aren't currently accepted without some kind of medical proof verified in Israel. The only proof currently accepted is an Israeli antibody test (this is actually an improvement over prior procedure, which also required an Israeli doctor to sign off, which would be a problem for someone who doesn't live there and isn't a member of Kupat Holim).

If anyone wants to complain that it's not fair that Israel won't accept foreign medical records, they can drop off their complaints at the Photoshop labs.

2. I don't think you need a test to leave

All correct. For the time being. If you are vaccinated or recovered you can leave without any ishur or test

When the US says that they require a covid test within 3 calendar days of departure, does that count the day of departure as a day? I.e. do they need a test on Friday, or is Thursday after 9 am fine?
